FOLLOWING the proposed plan by the Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) to increase data tariff of all telecommunication networks from December 1, 2016, the Nigerian Senate has on Wednesday barred the regulatory body from executing that plan.
The senate reiterated that for such move to take effect, stakeholders involved must be adequately consulted.
