The second edition of the annual Women’s Conference of the women’s wing of the United Apostolic Church of Christ UACC, Worldwide is scheduled to be held from April 11 to 14 at the auditorium of the UACC Oke-Ola, Moniya, Ibadan, Oyo State.

In a statement by the Media Director of UACC, Pastor Paul Erakhifu, the conference with the theme, “Mothers Of The Mighty” is designed to empower and inspire women from all walks of life to deepen their faith, build community, and grow in their relationship with God.

Prophet Kayode Ajirotutu, as well as other seasoned clerics, are expected to preach at the three-day conference, which promises to be a life-changing experience for attendees.

The president and General Overseer of UACC, Worldwide, Reverend (Dr) James Owoyemi, who revealed the theme for the conference highlights its significance to the roles mothers play in shaping the lives of children.

“Every child is destined to be great, as children are the heritage of the Lord, Psalm 127:3. Mothers have crucial roles to play in the lives of their children,” he said

Reverend Owoyemi stated that there will be a special spiritual focus on children at the conference adding that the conference will also feature guest speakers, insightful workshops, soul-lifting worship sessions, and unveil opportunities for meaningful connections with other attendees.

“Participants can expect a time of renewal, encouragement, and equipping to face the unique challenges and opportunities of today’s world.”

The cleric stressed that attendees will have the chance to delve into relevant topics such as spiritual growth, personal development, leadership, and service. Through dynamic sessions and interactive activities, women will be equipped to navigate their roles in the church, home, workplace, and broader community with strength, grace, and wisdom.

He said, “This conference is open to women of all ages and backgrounds, providing a safe and welcoming space for growth, fellowship, and support. Whether you are a seasoned believer or new to the faith, there will be something for everyone to take away from this enriching experience.

“We invite all women to mark their calendars and join us for a time of inspiration, empowerment, and unity. Together, let us embrace the journey of faith and strive to make a positive impact in our spheres of influence.

“The conference aims to empower and inspire women in their various roles as mothers, wives, and pillars of society,” Reverend Owoyemi added.

The president of UACC Good Women and Chairperson of UACC Pastors Wives’ Association, Reverend (Mrs) Mary Joke Owoyemi, shared her excitement about the upcoming women’s conference.

She emphasised that the conference aims to bring women together to share experiences, gain knowledge, and be inspired by one another.

Reverend Mrs Owoyemi noted that women play vital roles in economic development and that the UACC women’s conference is a platform for women to come together, share experiences, and be inspired to make a positive difference in their communities.

“Women play a crucial role in shaping the lives of their families and communities, and this conference seeks to empower them in their various roles as mothers, wives, and leaders,” she said.

She expressed confidence that the presence of the guest minister, Prophet Kayode Ajirotutu, will greatly enrich the spiritual atmosphere of the conference, and inspire women to grow in faith and reach their God-given potential.

“Going by the theme, “Mother of the Mighty,” attendees can expect to be empowered and equipped to embrace their God-given potential and make a lasting impact in their homes, churches, and society at large”, she said.

She also noted that the programme will feature various sessions, including prayer, worship, and teachings on topics relevant to women’s lives.
