A motorcyclist and his passenger were on Tuesday evening crushed to death by a truck belonging to a multinational company.
The ugly incident happened at Imowo Eleran along Ibadan road, in Ijebu Ode area of Ogun State.
Angered by the development, an irate mob set ablaze the ill-fated truck and another belonging to the same company.
The driver of the truck was said to have crushed the motorcyclist and his passenger from behind, as they were reported to have died on the spot.

Confirming the incident, the Public Relations Officer of the Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE), Babatunde Akinbiyi, said the incident threw the entire area into pandemonium.
He said: “The fatal accident at Imowo within Ijebu-Ode along Ibadan road between two Dangote trucks and a motorcycle.
“Two passengers on the motorcycle lost their lives and hoodlums around the scene burnt two Dangote trucks on the road and did not allow anybody to carry the two corpses on the ground for now.”
