The Executive Chairman of Somolu Local Government, Hon. Abdul Hamed Salawu, has expressed his heartfelt condolences to Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, on the passing of his beloved wife, Mrs Ebunoluwa Esther Ojelabi.

Hon. Salawu, in a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Owolabi Oseni, described the loss as deeply painful, acknowledging the profound sorrow that comes with losing a loving spouse.

He noted that Mrs Esther Ojelabi lived a remarkable life, full of kindness, compassion, and devotion to her family and community.

The Chairman urged Pastor Ojelabi to find strength in the cherished memories they shared, emphasising that her warmth and nurturing spirit had positively impacted many lives.

While her departure is a great loss, Salawu encouraged the grieving family to take solace in the legacy she left behind.

The Somolu LG Chairman prayed for divine comfort for Pastor Ojelabi and his family, asking God to grant them the strength to bear this loss.

He assured them of his support and that of the entire community during this difficult time.

Hon. Salawu concluded by praying for the peaceful repose of Mrs Esther Ojelabi’s soul, as she finds eternal rest in the Lord.
