Kindly let me know the signs of High Blood Pressure.
Iyabo (by SMS)
The commonest sign of High Blood Pressure are headaches that feel different. These are not the everyday tension headache—more like a heavy, persistent pressure, especially at the back of the head or early in the morning. Also important are dizziness or feeling lightheaded, blurred vision or floaters as well as chest pain or a pounding heartbeat.
Sometimes the heart will thud harder or faster, or you’ll feel a sensation of tightness around your chest. That’s your heart fighting to cope with the pressure. Other signs include a wave of heat in your face or chest, as though it’s going to blush, but for no reason, fatigue or dizziness as well as ringing in your ears.
