He said this on Friday while speaking during a phone-in programme on an Ibadan-based private radio station, King FM 103.9 in Ibadan, where he fielded questions from listeners.
He disclosed that the greatest strength of the country was her human resource with higher numbers of young men and women whose full potential can be unlocked through qualitative education.

He decried the continuous strikes embarked upon by staff of government-owned higher institutions in the state, including the College of Agriculture, Igbo-Ora.
The PDP governorship aspirant said his active participation in politics was beyond self-interest, noting that it was influenced by his quest for service to humanity.
“Good and qualitative education can lift millions of people out of grinding poverty such ad we experience in our society,,” he said.
He promised that if elected into power in 2019, he would upgrade facilities in schools in the state to produce employable youths that can compete favourably with their counterparts in the global space.
“This set of people will include those that will become entrepreneurs therefore, job creators,” he said.
He however implored youths in the state to walk the talk by questioning the government of the day on what it has done with resources accrued to the state in the last seven years.
He also admonished them to ensure their votes count in the 2019 general elections by playing actively role in the build up to the election.
