After collecting the form, Obisesan and his team also visited the Ondo street have of a former governor of the state, Senator Rashidi Ladoja, where he and his team was received by the wife of the former governor, Mrs Yinka Ladoja.

He was received at the party office by the national vice chairman of the party, Dr Dele Ajayi who expressed appreciation of the party to Chief Obisesan for believing in ADC as a platform to realise his ambition, urging him to see the contest as a family affair and wishing him success in the primary.

Speaking with Saturday Tribune, Obisesan said “my mission to rebuild Oyo State tagged ‘Ayedaade’, was developed from an achievable blueprint model to develop this state in a modern way from hidden resources domiciled in all the zones of the state.

“From the blueprint, I will make Oyo State financially independent of over-reliance on the Abuja so-called windfall which, of course, is fast drying up. Also, I promise to structurally develop the state in a way that will naturally attract investors, both locally and internationally.

“I have offered myself to serve the state under the platform of untainted party-ADC which is masses oriented. With due respect to other qualified aspirants in ADC Oyo State, I believe I hold a very dear and humble record to fly the flag of the party because I have a track record of public and private performance, both in private and public practice. Coupled with the vision of our party, we will form the next government in Oyo State.”
