Nigerian singer, Rema has earned six nominations for the 2023 Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs).
This is according to information released by Billboard on Thursday.
The ‘Calm Down’ crooner was nominated for the ‘Top Afrobeats Artiste’, ‘Top Radio Song’, ‘Top Collaboration’, ‘Top Billboard Global 200 Song’, ‘Top Billboard Global (Excl. U.S.)’, and ‘Top Afrobeats Song’.
Burna Boy, Tems, Wizkid, Ayra Starr, Oxlade, and Victony also earned one nomination each.
Taylor Swift, the American singer, bagged the most nominations with twenty categories.
The 2023 Billboard Music Awards is scheduled to hold on November 19, 2023 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
