PRUDENTIAL Zenith Life Insurance recently organised training and health talks for brokers to enhance their expertise in insurance products, compliance and regulatory frameworks.
The training held at Ikoyi, by one of the leading life insurance companies, also sought to promote overall well-being of the Brokers, featuring a robust agenda, blending technical training with insightful health discussions.
To provide optimal solutions for individual’s needs, the training covered various aspects of Prudential Zenith Life’s insurance product offerings, customer service excellence, and the brokers’ incentive scheme to equip brokers with advanced knowledge and skills to serve clients better.
The insurer said the health talk underscored Prudential Zenith Life’s commitment to holistic well-being, which reflects the company’s understanding that a healthy lifestyle is part of personal and professional success.
Dr Lucia Okogwu, a renowned health expert spoke on the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), while Head of Corporate Sales, Ifeoma Oragwu stated that Prudential Zenith Life believes in empowering brokers with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
