Primate of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion), Most Reverend Nicholas Okoh, has charged the newly inaugurated Board of Directors of the Anglican Cable Network Nigeria Television (ACNNTV) to be diligent in their responsibilities.
Okoh said this at the inauguration of the management board, at the Episcopal Chapel, Wuse, Zone 5, Abuja.
“ACNN should be a household name in the country. I plead with you to do it for us because our Lord is in need of it; we need to run this church today and tomorrow. I am very happy and confident that looking at you, I have nothing to worry about,” Okoh stated.
In his response, the chairman of the board, Mr Folu Olamiti, thanked the primate for the privilege to serve in the vineyard of God, calling for the necessary variables to be put in place to ensure that the best was got in terms of quality output.
Members of the board are: Mr Olamiti as chairman; Bishop Blessing Enyindah, as deputy chairman; Mr Korede Akintunde (general manager); Mrs Ngozi Adighide (secretary). Others are Bishop Chidi Oparajiaku; Mr T.B. Akinyeye; Dr. P.S. Nmadu; Mrs Bisi Amagada; Dr. G.T.N. Ajakpo and Ven. (Dr) Dade Sadare
