Dr Babatunde Olujobi, founder and CEO of Donolush Healthcare Solutions, is driving healthcare reforms in Nigeria through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.
Under his leadership, Donolush has strengthened healthcare infrastructure, improved access to affordable care, and closed quality gaps in public and private health delivery models.
Dr. Olujobi’s initiatives include designing and managing community health programs, public-private partnerships, and digital platforms for chronic disease care.
His organisation has upgraded and improved multiple health facilities across Nigeria, including a 10-year concession to manage laboratory services at General Hospital Ikorodu in partnership with the Lagos State Government.
Dr. Olujobi has also advocated for bold policy shifts to address inefficiencies in Nigeria’s health insurance landscape, calling for transparent pricing, reduced patient discrimination, and enhanced provider accountability. He is developing a digital platform, “DocDey,” to improve medication adherence and chronic disease management.
Recognised for his expertise, Dr. Olujobi served on the Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Awards jury panel.
His leadership and innovative approach are helping redefine patient-centered healthcare in emerging economies, positioning him to play a key role in shaping Nigeria’s healthcare future.
