Talented Afro singer, Emmanuel Anjorin, popularly known as Homebased, who is famous for evoking high-flying deeds through his music, shared a great moment about how is newest single, JUST FINE, came about”.
Homebased, a London City IT professional turned musician, started doing music at a very tender age but limited it to families and friends, playing at birthday parties, weddings and occasionally at various Pub Open Mics across London.
Sharing his experience as he debuts with his first studio single, ‘Just Fine’, Homebased expresses that the song was part of the many songs just sitting in notepads and laptop folders, but his wife bought him a surprise studio session as his birthday present to encourage him to get his music out for a larger audience.
The song sounds vibrant and catchy with a highlife progression which makes it so natural and also makes it a song for people of all ages.
According to him, the song, produced by UK genius producer, Victizzle, featuring the ‘Life Money and Happiness’ crooner, Sean Dampte, expresses love at first sight, promise of togetherness and the longevity that most people seek in a relationship; also showcases a sense of hope, as no one knows the future.
“I see ‘Just fine’ as a good wedding song, I can see couples dancing into a wedding arena or the song being played in the background at a wedding reception,’ he noted.
