I have had poor erection for about a month now. It is so bad that it has affected my sexual life. If I don’t watch a pornographic video, I won’t have an erection. I am so  confused. Please, help me.

Goriola (by SMS)

I don’t last in bed

As stated before in this column, poor erection can be caused by several factors ranging from psychological to physical problems. Some degree of drug abuse can also lead to the problem. This is why it is important for you to relieve yourself of any emotional baggage you may have as may be caused by marital and career challenges. Drugs such as Cannabis, the use of medically unprescribed medications as well as excessive alcohol intake among others should also be avoided. In addition, you should go for a comprehensive medical examination where your Blood Pressure and Blood sugar among other important indices need to be adequately checked. It is only when all the above have been found to be normal that your doctor may prescribe sexual stimulants.
