My daughter bullied in school by teacher who dislikes me —Mercy Johnson

In another controversial story of the week, Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson Okojie, has revealed that her eight-year-old daughter’s teacher has been bullying her because, according to her, the teacher hates her (Mercy Johnson).

In a very long epistle on her Instagram story, the actress explained how she found out that the teacher was bullying her daughter, she also stated that she had reported the teacher to the school authorities and that she would see this to the end.

According to her, she can be hated or disliked, she doesn’t care, but she wouldn’t tolerate her children being attacked. “You can say anything about me, you can dislike or even hate me, I will not respond, but do not attack my kids that did nothing to you and cannot defend themselves,” she said.

Explaining her own side of the story, she said: “A teacher at my child’s school has been bullying her constantly for two whole weeks. She is not her class teacher, yet she shows up at her class everyday to intimidate her. Uses biros to flick her hair, tells her to her face that she hates her mother, that celebrity kids are badly behaved…”

She, revealed that her daughter who used to love going to school was now afraid to go because of her teacher. “The last straw was yesterday when I came to pick my daughter up quietly like I usually do, I saw my daughter crying, explaining how she was disciplined alone by the same teacher. Since I was around, I took the opportunity to meet this teacher politely and I could see she has been waiting to tell me how much she hates me.

“You know what, instead of explaining, she tells me to my face that she does not care and that she will punish her anytime she likes. Can you imagine that?” Mercy Johnson lamented. The matter has continued to gain prominence online and has gotten reactions from several users.
