Lagos council boss reaffirms commitment to infrastructure development

The Executive chairman, Itire-Ikate LCDA, Hon Ahmed Olanrewaju Apatira has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to investing hugely in infrastructural development in his district.

The council chairman stated this during the initiation of the construction of roads in Ramoni Ward in the Ikate community.

According to him, “infrastructure is the backbone of socio-economic growth as it boosts business activities and creates employment opportunities for the teeming youth population.”

Speaking further, he said, “The commencement of this road construction marks a significant stride in enhancing infrastructure in our community.

Upon completion, it promises improved access and upgrades in the living conditions for residents. As the appointed contractor swiftly moves to the site, we anticipate a seamless execution of the project, aligning with our commitment to fostering a more vibrant and sustainable community.

We encourage residents to stay informed about the project’s progress and look forward to witnessing the positive impact this development will have on our beloved Ikate community.”
