According to information reaching Tribune Online, the late Justice died this afternoon after a brief illness.

Recalled that Justice Ibrahim Shaibu Atadoga swore-in Captain Idris Wada as the governor of Kogi State after a controversial court verdict which gives room for two governors in Kogi state as the then Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon Abdullahi Bello, was also swore-in as governor by the Chief Judge of the state, Justice Nasiru Ajanah.
