Preparation time for waffles is about 15 minutes, so you don’t have to be scared of getting late to work or have your tummy rumble so loudly in the morning. Waffles can be saved in the fridge and heated the next time, spiced with chocolate creams or fruits.
Ingredients
2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 3/4 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or flavor choice
1/2 cup butter (melted before use)
Preservatives are optional.
Instructions
Preheat the waffle maker.
Stir flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a big bowl.
Pour in buttermilk, eggs, flavored extract and melted butter.
Stir all till all get combined.
Cook in the preheated waffle maker using butter (The butter amount is based on the waffle iron)
When it’s brown, it is ready to be removed. It takes about 3-5 minutes.
Serve hot with syrup, berries, chocolate, milk or whipped cream.
