Tragedy struck in the Grammar School area of Ojodu Berger on Tuesday as a truck rammed into students of Ojodu Grammar School, killing no fewer than 10 and injuring others in the process.
Colleagues of the victims and other students of the school went on a rampage and vandalised trucks in the axis and attacked the Ojodu Police station.
A reinforcement of policemen has, however, partially restored normalcy in the area as at the time of filing this report.
It was gathered that the truck driver lost control and the truck rammed into the students who were all in the front of the school.
The public relations officer of the Lagos State sector of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Bisi Sonusi, confirmed the incident to the Nigerian Tribune.
She also absolved the operatives of the corps of any complicity in the events that led to the incident.
