Two years after her passing, friends and family continue to honour and remember Chief (Mrs.) Justina Ogundoyin, the mother of Oyo State House of Assembly Speaker, Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 63.
In commemorating her 65th posthumous birthday some days ago, Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin expressed his enduring love and admiration for his mother, stating, “Today, I remember my beloved mother, Yeye Tina Ogundoyin, on what would have been her 65th birthday. Though she’s no longer with us, her love, wisdom, and guidance continue to inspire me every day.”
Tina Ogundoyin was renowned for her philanthropic endeavors and significant contributions to her community. As the Iyaloja-General of Ibarapaland, she played a pivotal role in local commerce and was deeply involved in charitable activities. Her legacy of generosity and community service remains a source of inspiration for many.
The Ogundoyin family continues to cherish her memory, upholding the values she instilled and striving to honor her legacy through ongoing community engagement and service.
