On an evening of glitz, glamour, music and comedy at the prestigious Four Points by Sheraton, real estate company, First Fountain Homes announced its plans to combine technology and innovation in accelerating affordable smart homes in Lagos.
The event, which was well-attended by dignitaries, captains of industries and entertainment figures, provided insight into the smart features in the apartments at the courts offered real estate enthusiasts and investors present a piece of the cake. In his address, the co-founder of First Fountain Homes said, “With the steady rise of the desire for smart homes, we need to strike a balance between luxury and functionality. Channels TV anchor, Kayode Okikiolu led the processions of events and popular comedian, MC Forever was on hand to lighten the mood of the atmosphere. Other personalities that graced the occasion include ace Nigerian music producer, ID Cabasa, Nollywood actors, Charles Grandville, Enyinna Nwigwe, Olumide Oworu, etc.
