The Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, has said government at both the state and federal government are closely working to ensure that they overcome the numerous challenges facing the state as well as the country.

This was even as he appealed to citizens of the State to carry on with the good virtues and lessons of Ramadan for the peace and progress of the State.

He made the call on Wednesday at the Emir of Zazzau’s Palace during the Sallah Durbar celebration shortly after the Eid prayer in Zaria.

“We have prayed for the peace of our State in the Month of Ramadan and I want us to carry on with the good virtues and the lessons of Ramadan and continue to work for the peace and progress of the State and the country generally.

“We are facing some challenges as you are aware, mostly insecurity in which we are all working closely together with the stakeholders and the government at the federal level in addressing them.
