For the Nigerian nation to move forward, it needs to pay adequate attention to the health sector. Health, they say, is wealth. The three tiers of government should give priority attention to the health sector by equipping hospitals and motivating health personnel. There are unemployed medical personnel who need to be engaged by the government.
Nigeria is blessed with competent health professionals. Government should encourage and motivate pharmacists to produce drugs in Nigeria in order to reduce importation. If the suggestions here are implemented, there will be a reduction of foreign trips for medical check-ups.
