Speaking further, Felix noted that the PDP candidate has stated that his policy objectives will be to focus on demonstrating the potential of the Entertainment and creative industry in Nigeria including the promotion of Nollywood and Kannywood.
On why the creatives need to support the PDP choice, veteran filmmaker and vice-chairman advisory committee, Zeb Ejiro noted that the past administration neglected the creatives forgetting that the industry is equally part of the growing GDP of the country and as such with the coming of the PDP candidates at both the presidential level and governorship candidates in Lagos state, the creatives will take its stands back in terms of legal and technical infrastructures that will create an enabling environment for the industry practitioners to thrive.
