Chloroquine and coronavirus

I recently read online that Chloroquine can cure Coronavirus. If true, kindly let me know the dosage and duration for the treatment.

Yes, it is true that Chloroquine and Hydroxychloroquine have successfully been applied in China, France and Germany for the treatment of COVID-19. However, this breakthrough has not received the publicity it deserves because the drugs are still considered experimental drugs that have not been proven clinically to treat COVID-19 even though, the anecdotal evidence is overwhelming. In order to avoid self- medication which may be dangerous, the drug should only be prescribed by a doctor only to a patient with the infection.
