The Managing Director of Chain Reactions Africa, Mr. Israel Jaiye Opayemi, has charged Public Relations practitioners in the country on the need to drive better storytelling of their organisations and clients.
Opayemi, who made the call at the Lagos PR Industry Gala & Awards (LaPRIGA) 2024, organised by the Lagos Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) urged practitioners to strive and excel in their craft by telling the stories of their respective organisations and clients better than ever before.
The Chain Reactions boss, who bagged ‘The Most Influential PR Professional’ at the event, and whose agency also emerged winner of the ‘Public Sector PR Campaign of the Year’, among others, commended the organisers of the event for celebrating hard work and honour.
He acknowledged the invaluable contributions of his team to Chain Reactions Africa’s unceasing accomplishments, describing them as the real shining stars of these honours.
Congratulating the winners, the Chairman, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR Lagos Chapter), Comfort Obot Nwankwo charged them to use their collective responsibilities and influence to advance inclusivity and sustainability in Public Relations.
“I challenge each of you to champion youth involvement, prioritise community breeding narratives and uphold highest standards of integrity in all that you do,” she said.
