Bayero University, Kano has approved the appointment of 27 senior academics and 40 others to the rank of Professors and Associate Professors respectively.
It will be recalled that the approval was granted at the university 14 Governing Council maiden meeting led by Senator Udoma Udo Udoma, held on 6th September, 2021.
This was contained in a statement signed and released to newsmen, on Saturday, in Kano, by Malam Jamil Ahmad Salim, the University’s Acting Registrar and Secretary to the Council, in which the statement said the promotions are to take effect from 1st October, 2020.
