The Delta State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has upheld the victory of Senator Ifeanyi Okowa of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the last March 9 governorship election.
The APC candidate, Chief Great Ogboru, had dragged Okowa to the tribunal over alleged over-voting and other allegations during the voting exercise.
