BBNaijaAllStars: We’re not Friends, Venita speaks on relationship with Mercy

BBNaija reality star Venita Akpofure has cleared the air on her relationship with fellow ex-housemate Mercy Eke

Recall that Venita and Mercy unfollowed each other on Instagram, sparking speculations that their friendship has turned sour.

In a recent interview with media personality Toke Makinwa on her podcast, Toke Moments, Venita revealed that she was never friends with Mercy.

According to her, the only reason they talked before the Big Brother Naija All Stars show was because they worked for the same brand.

Venita disclosed that she was surprised at the narrative from the fans that she betrayed her friend, Mercy Eke. The mother of one emphasised that they are just workmates. “I was not friends with Mercy before the show.

I don’t wish her any ill, my hands are completely clear, and my conscience is clear”, Venita said.
