He alleged that in the last four years, leaders of the National Assembly sabotaged the President Muhammadu Buhari administration which hindered him from implementing some of the APC manifestos and development agenda.
Nasiru Cigari added that: “Furthermore, we wish to solicit the support of elected APC parliamentarians to as a mark of respect and loyalty to the party that made them to as a matter of reality accept the party’s choice of candidates for better economic growth and to give APC an ample opportunity to implement its viable manifesto.”
“As the consequences of not doing that will cast negative precedence to the collective progress of our dear nation Nigeria. Conclusively, the APC Youth Parliament wishes to urge other pro-APC Groups and Civil Society organizations (CSOs) to follow on its footprints by rooting for the emergence of Lawan and Gbajabiamila in the 9th NASS for a better and more robust legislative approach and policies that will rid our country off the emerging negative legislative policies”, he opined.
