About 2,000 disruptive innovators will converge on Abeokuta for the 2022 edition of the TechSummitOgun.
The summit, the organisers say, will deepen the penetration of technology and innovative ideas in the state.
Convener of the event, Olaniyi Ayoola, told newsmen that the summit is targeted at making young and vibrant technology-savvy young Nigerians solve the nation’s problems with the knowledge of technology.
Ayoola noted that at the event scheduled for February 2022, key players in the technological industry will share their experiences to equip the young army of technological disruptors.
“Yes, just like we have been doing in our previous editions, it is our dream to build and strengthen an army of technology-savvy young individuals who are resolute to leverage available opportunities in the present tech world to the benefit of humanity.
“Next year’s edition will not be an exception. We are expecting to have key players in the creative industry share their experience with the audience on the production and distribution of creative content.
“TechSummitOgun 2022 with its theme: Disruptive Innovation, production and distribution of creative content is also expected to have over 2000 people in attendance,” Ayoola said.
It could be recalled that the ‘TechSummitOgun’ was last held in 2020.
