I recently had a reason to take my wife and two sons for a medical test for the sake of securing a travelling visa. To my surprise, both my wife and I had the AA Genotype but my two sons had the AS Genotype. Although my wife swore that I am the father of her children, the result of the Blood test has proved otherwise. I am in a dilemma on what to do.

I agree with you that if the Blood Test that was done was correctly done, then you cannot be the father of those children. My advice will be for you to repeat the blood test in another Laboratory of a high standard or go for the DNA test which even though more expensive will be more reliable in confirming the actual paternity of the children.
