I think I am suffering from Premature Ejaculation because whenever I am having foreplay with my partner, I ejaculate within a minute or two. With this, I have never been fortunate to have a penal-vagina sex. Kindly let me know the cause and what to do about it.

Lawal (by E Mail)

Several factors can be responsible for this kind of problem. Anxiety is about the commonest cause of the problem. Stress from job, financial and domestic issues is another serious concern. This is why, it is very important for you to make sure that you are well rested and relaxed before engaging in sex. Equally, you should ensure that both your Blood Pressure and Blood sugar levels are within normal limits since any elevation in these may affect your erection. Sex therapists usually advocate the ‘Stop/Start’ approach to cure the problem. The trick is for you  to slow your sexual act by stopping and starting every two minutes until you reach the climax. This way, you will be able to avoid premature ejaculation
