The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Barrister Nyesom Wike, has approved the appointment of Barrister Benedict Daudu, the son of the former National President of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), Joseph Odaudu (SAN), as Senior Special Assistant on Legal and Multi-Lateral Cooperation.
In a statement issued to newsmen in Abuja by the Director of Press to the FCT Minister, Anthony Ogunleye, the appointment takes effect immediately.
According to the statement, Barrister Benedict Daudu graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from Buckingham University in 2010.
He attended the Nigerian Law School between 2010 and 2012, where he honed his legal skills and deepened his understanding of Nigerian jurisprudence.
He furthered his education by attending the prestigious George Washington University Law School, where he obtained his Master’s degree in 2013.
His work experience has seen him working in various prestigious law firms within and outside the country, including JB Dauda and Co., Adams Law Office LLC, and Ade Okeaya and Co.
