Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Minister, Barr. Nyeson Wike, on Monday, inspected the ongoing construction project of bus and taxi terminals in three different locations within the territory, embarked upon by the FCT Administration under his watch, in the company of his friend, Governor Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State.

The Minister posted the photos on his official Facebook account with the caption: “I was joined today, by my Friend and brother, Governor Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State to inspect the ongoing construction of Bus Terminals at Mabushi, Eagle Square and Kugbo in the FCT.”

It would be recalled that the Nigerian Tribune had reported on Feb 9, 2025, how the Project Manager of the company handling the projects, Planet Projects, Rasheed Soladoye told newsmen that the projects has also reached advanced stage and will soon be ready for commissioning.

Soladoye stated that in terms of creating employment for FCT residents, he said the company have worked with over three thousand residents on the projects.

According to Soladoye, since the construction of the project started in July last year in Mabuchi and Kugbo, it has been smooth, while take off of Central Area was delayed for about two months owing to some challenges encountered concerning the site locations.

He however disclosed that both Mabuchi and Kugbo are 92 and 85 percent completed while that of Central Area was put at 50 percent due to the aforementioned challenges.

He said the feat being achieved by his company was significantly based on the promise made and kept on the making of fund available for the projects by the FCT Minister, Barr. Nyesom Wike whom he described as one who always keep to his word.
