Wigwe’s hometown Isiokpo declares seven-day mourning in Rivers

Following the tragic helicopter crash that claimed the lives of Herbert Wigwe, the Group Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings PLC, his wife, and son, Isiokpo, his hometown in the Ikwerrre Local Government Area of Rivers State, has declared seven days of mourning to honour their illustrious son.

The declaration was announced by the Nye-Nwe-Eli of Isiokpo, His Royal Majesty, Eze Blessing Ahiazunwo Wagor.

Commencing on Wednesday, the seven days of mourning will entail the closure of all businesses on the first and last day, with operations limited to half-days on the other days.
