Nollywood actress, Jemima Osunde, has challenged women who feel entitled to their partners’ wealth and insist on dating or marrying only the rich, questioning the practicality of such expectations in today’s economy.
The actress, in a post on her X handle, wondered why many women choose to fantasise about wealthy men instead of working to secure their own financial stability.

According to her, there are simply not enough billionaires in the world to support every woman who dreams of living as a rich housewife.
“Work his ass off for money? Wetin do your own ass? You don’t want to work? In this economy? It’s like some of you think we’re still living in Bible times. My good sis, there’s not enough billionaires in the world for all of us to be housewives. You better go and look for work,” she wrote.
Osunde urged women to focus on building careers and engaging in productive ventures rather than relying on wealthy partners.
