VIDEO: Tweeps knock Enioluwa for crying at ‘bestie’ Priscilla’s wedding

Social media users have continued to react to an emotional video of popular Nigerian influencer, Enioluwa Adeoluwa, at the white wedding of his best friend, Priscilla Ojo, and Tanzanian musician, Juma Jux.

In the now-viral video on X, Enioluwa was seen breaking down in tears during the ceremony, which took place in Lagos on Saturday.

He appeared visibly emotional in the clip, as his mother tried to console him.

The food lover, who shares a close bond with the bride, seemed unable to hold back his emotions as he let it all out in the video.

The footage has continued to spark mixed reactions on social media, particularly on X.

While some netizens described his tears as unnecessary and a disgrace to masculinity, others argued that it is normal to be emotional when saying goodbye to a female best friend who is getting married.

Reacting to the development an X user @GehGehdey4u tweeted, “Enioluwa is a Disgrace to Brotherhood.”

Another user, @ItsShOla wrote, “My babe can’t have a male bestie to start with not to talk about the male bestie crying heavily on our wedding day. Y’all be safe.”

“Why are you crying like a baby at someone’s else wedding,” @iKaptainKush tweeted.

@MoscoIbhas wrote, “Men used to go to war, now they go to wedding receptions to shed tears for their besties. If you see people like us who refuse to say ‘awww’ for that nonsense as toxic, then so be it. Men of this generation have truly fallen off. Enioluwa needs some G-string pants and bras!!!👸🏾”

In an opposing view, @Rubylaren tweeted, “I cried when I saw the video of Priscy walking down the aisle. Like heavy sobs. It just made me so emotional. Now I can only wonder how Enioluwa feels. His best friend is getting married and relocating to Tanzania. That’s tough.”

@Smartoffic93752wrote, “So many of you don’t even know what true friendship is and have never experienced one. Not only did she get married but she’s going to be living far from Nigeria 🇳🇬 so everything hurt. Is just like losing someone to death and you expect that person not to cry.”

“But Nigerians are the most funniest people on earth.  They can never believe that a man & woman can actually be best of friends on a platonic level. SMH!” @Olamilekan1381 tweeted.
