Tearful Dangote pays tribute to late Herbert Wigwe (video)

Aliko Dangote, the CEO of the Dangote Group, wallows in tears as he pays tribute to the late Herbert Wigwe. The statement was delivered on Monday during a special event called “Celebrating Herbert Wigwe – A Professional Legacy” that took place at the Eko Hotel in Lagos.

Dangote, with tears welling in his eyes, honored the late CEO of Access Holdings, Herbert Wigwe, warmly depicting Herbert as more than a mere colleague. He portrayed him as a cherished friend, mentee, and brother whose influence reverberated deeply within both their professional and personal spheres. Dangote renamed the road to his Lagos refinery as a tribute to Wigwe, reflecting his deep respect and admiration for the departed businessman.
