[VIDEO] Edo guber: ‘We’re going to provide you with insecurity,’ APC’s Okpebholo during campaign

The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate for Edo State, Monday Okpebholo, made a gaffe during a campaign rally at Ovia North Local Government Area.

In a viral video, Okpebholo mistakenly told supporters and the electorate at the rally, “We’re going to provide you with insecurity.” Senator Adams Oshiomhole, standing beside Okpebholo on the podium, quickly signalled to him, prompting Okpebholo to correct himself.

The incident has sparked online discussions, with some questioning Okpebholo’s readiness for leadership.

As of this report, neither the APC nor Okpebholo’s campaign team has issued a statement regarding the development.
