Valentine’s day is not just meant for couples or lovers but for friends, colleagues and families as well. Love has many definitions, but one stands out; “selflessness” – this word encompasses a lot.

Valentine’s day is just a day out of many we get to share and express our compassion to one another. Valentine’s day is a celebration of love; it’s a reminder for everyone to know and understand what love can breed in our lives. Where there is love, you don’t have to be told; you’ll surely feel it. Here are five signs that you’re loved:

You’re always given with ease

Whatever you’re given always comes with ease. You don’t have to worry when to reciprocate the gesture. Even when you decide to do yours it is at your own convenience. Love is not stressful. Love sets the tone of “what is yours is also mine”; no distinction.

Your shortcomings does not matter

No one is perfect; we all have our shortcomings. The truth is, not everyone would tolerate you with it ; but some will do. No matter what you do, you’re always accepted; your shortcomings are never used against you. This is a sign that you’re loved and cared for.

No prolong fight

It is possible to be in the midst of people who do not encourage fighting. But when it happens, it is quickly resolved. The love amongst you conquers the mind to have a long rift.

You don’t shoulder things alone

You never have to shoulder things alone;people are always there for you. Every hurdle you have to surmount, you are always uplifted. It now seems like your journey is so smooth because of the help you have. This is a sign that you’re truly loved.

No jealousy

You don’t experience jealousy in your engagement with others. Whatever you set out to do, you’re applauded  for it and encouraged. People just want the best for you.
