The late Akin-Olugbade was born on April 2, 1956 to the wealthy family of Babatunde Akin Olugbade, the Balogun-Owu of his time.
He was a lawyer with a huge interest in Property Development, Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Investment Banking.
He had his Master’s degree in Law from the University of California and a doctorate in Company Law at Cambridge University.
