Ondo poll: Akeredolu’s campaign DG denies arrest

The  Director General (DG) of Akeredolu Campaign group, Hon Victor Olabimtan, who was reported to have been arrested by security operatives in Ondo State for being in possession of bags filled with thump printed ballot papers has denied the report.
Speaking after voting in his unit in Supare Akoko, the former Speaker of the state House of Assembly,  described the report as malicious and figment of imagination of the e perpetrators
He said the story was concorted by those who are afraid of their imminent doom in the election saying there is no iota of truth in the report.
“I  dont believe in rigging,  APC don’t believe in rigging too but we are sure of victory in this election.”
Accessing the election, he said the election has been peaceful, not that INEC has improved on the nation electoral process.
