Several complaints have been made, while letters have also been sent to the distribution company about prepaid card readers which have not been received by individuals who paid for it.
I urge the distribution company to take positive steps towards rendering their services to these individuals to create a favourable relations between the company and its consumers. They should also encourage the use of prepaid meter cards to Nigerians especially landlords and tenants to resolve monetary disputes arising from these bills.
