National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Wednesday lost his first son, Jide.
The cause of Jide’s death and other details are yet to be revealed as of the time of filling this report, but the Chairman, Lagos State chapter of APC, Otunba Henry Ajomale, confirmed Jide’s transition.
Also, the London chapter of APC confirmed the news of the death in a Facebook message.
The deceased, according to findings was seen around Lagos State Government Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja, on Tuesday.
The late Jide, it was gathered, had three sons and a wife in London.
Ajomale, in a message, wrote:” It’s with regrets that I inform you of the demise of Mr Jide Tinubu, the son of our dear and esteemed Leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
“Please commiserate with him.
Meanwhile, sympathisers were said to have started trooping to the residence of Asiwaju Tinubu, the deceased’s father, located in the highbrow Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi, Lagos to commiserate with him.
