Three visionary researchers utilise AI, robotics to spearhead environmental transformation in Nigeria

A groundbreaking initiative, The Green Technology Initiative (GTI), founded by an enterprising trio of researchers – Adebayo Azeez Adekunle, Daniel Karakitie, and Fatahi Musa – is reshaping Nigeria’s approach to environmental sustainability. Launched under The Avento Enterprises, GTI stands at the forefront of tackling the country’s pollution crisis through innovative waste management and renewable energy solutions.

Motivated by the daunting pollution challenges in Ibadan, Adebayo Azeez Adekunle conceived the idea of GTI. Over 20,000 individuals have been empowered through the initiative’s programs, promoting environmental awareness and stewardship.
