Oladipo Ogundipe, the father of Alanis Ogundipe, has expressed dissatisfaction with the investigation into his daughter’s death, which occurred one year ago in the United Kingdom.
He believes there is more to her death than suicide and has accused her boyfriend, Ryan, of blackmailing and emotionally traumatising her.
According to Oladipo, Ryan infected Alanis with Herpes, which she saw as a stigma and kept secret.
“Ryan used this information to blackmail her, broke into her phone, and stole sensitive information,” he alleged.
Oladipo claims that Ryan’s actions pushed Alanis into depression and trauma.
He also alleges that Ryan lied to the police in his witness statement and that the investigation has been mishandled.
Oladipo, however, called on the UK authorities to conduct a thorough investigation into his daughter’s death while seeking the assistance of the Nigerian High Commission in the UK.
