Thanksgiving in the US

Thanksgiving is celebrated every fourth Thursday of November, making it a staple tradition in the United States. This year, it falls on November 28, 2024.

The holiday is not just a day for enjoying hearty meals and family gatherings but also a time to reflect on gratitude and community. For many, the celebrations extend into Friday, creating a four-day weekend filled with festivities, shopping, and relaxation.

As Thanksgiving approaches, several organizations and stores are ensuring that everyone partake in the spirit of giving by offering free turkeys or discounted meals to those in need.
