Testimonies, jubilation as Olukoya holds miracle service in Warri, commissions regional headquarters’ church buildings

General Overseer, Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, Dr Daniel Olukoya being welcomed to Warri during “It is my Turn to Laugh” Miracle Service held at MFM Mid-West Region 1, Enereh, Warri, Delta State.

For thousands of Christian faithful in Warri, Delta State, the recent Mega Miracle Service has been an oasis amidst the many challenges confronting citizens across the country.

It was showers of blessings and testimony galore as the General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, Dr. Daniel Olukoya, held a mega miracle service at the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, Mid-West Region 1, Warri Regional Headquarters, Enerhe Warri, Delta State with the theme, “It is my turn to Laugh.”

Olukoya also dedicated 13 ultra-modern regional headquarters’ church auditoriums across the Warri axis  including MFM Mid-West Region 56 (Open Heaven Assembly) Ekpan 2; MFM Mid-West Region 35, Ekpan 1; MFM Mid-West Region 96, Ekete, Inland; MFM Mid-West Region 85, NNPC, Azu complex and MFM Region 91 Asheshe.

The general overseer was given a befitting welcome at all the regional headquarters he visited as a crowd of attendees jubilated.

They presented him with a bouquet to symbolise their appreciation and honour in celebrating Dr Olukoya’s esteemed presence.

The miracle service was in line with the Explosive Evangelism Initiative of the General Overseer, Dr. Daniel Olukoya with an objective “to capture the world for Christ, as well as for healing the country as well as individuals of diverse challenges especially people who need deliverance ministrations.”

During the service, the ministrations addressed sinful bondage, satanic oppression and afflictions and offered hope, respite, and assurance of all-round victories to individuals.

Although the time scheduled for the service was 2 pm, as early as 5:30 am, men, women, and youths who sought God’s intervention had begun trooping into the mega church which was filled to the brim and the crowd had to stand around adjourning streets to listen to the man of God.

Many of the attendees came with various prayer requests written on pieces of paper as well as photos of their loved ones who could not be present due to the physical distance or were in hospitals or bedridden in homes.

Others came along with water, olive oil, and clothing (mantles) which they hoped would be prayed on, anchored on the belief that God would provide the ultimate source of solution to all their challenges and answer their supplications.

By the time the event kicked off, Warri residents and others within and outside the state had massively gathered at the church.

Taking his message from Job 5: 20-27 and Psalm 2: 4, Olukoya’s sermon themed, “It is my turn to Laugh,” assured all the participants that when God laughs at their enemies, their activities are put to a halt and destroyed.

He stressed that God is interested in everyone’s case as long as one surrenders his or her life to God through Jesus Christ, turns away from sin and has faith in God.

Olukoya said: “God specialises in making the ridiculous become miraculous and has ensured victories for his own even before the enemies arise.”

He also urged participants not to allow their present challenges to drive them into depression, adding that there are lofty promises in the scriptures for God’s children.

“The surest way out of the myriads of challenges bedevilling individuals and the country at large is to turn to God who is ever ready to help and the present help in time of need.

“The desire of God is for you to laugh last and laugh best over your enemies. According to the Bible, when God laughs at the enemies, God brings them into derision. God laughs to mock the enemies because He knows that their destruction is inevitable. However, you must stop the enemies before they stop you, relocate the enemies before they relocate you.

“Wicked enemies whose desire is to see that one ends in the grave need to be dealt with squarely with deliverance prayers and a lot of people are going through a lot of troubles right now. They are having suicidal thoughts, experiencing internal chains, constant bad dreams of bad, night oppression, sicknesses, defeat at the edge of their breakthroughs, and all-round attacks.

“However, Jesus WChrist, the deliverer, came to destroy the works of the devil and put an end to all attacks. As far as one believes in and accepts Jesus Christ as one’s personal Lord and Saviour, one can receive full liberation,” Olukoya added.

The Delta State governor, Sheriff  Oborevwori, who attended one of the church’s commissioning said the visit of general overseer will bring God’s uncommon transformation and open heaven upon the state.

The governor who was represented by the Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Emomotimi Guwor, described Dr Olukoya as a God’s general whose deliverance ministry is needed at this end time.

Speaking with the press after the crusade, the Mega Regional Overseer MFM, Warri Mega Region, Pastor Adeniran Adediran, noted that the whole Warri mega axis was elated with the visit of the general overseer which, he said, allowed members, friends, and all participants to meet with Dr Olukoya live physically for deliverance prayers.

Adediran revealed that the entire Delta State and Nigeria at large has received divine touch, transformation, deliverance, open heaven, settlement and peace with the visit of the man of God.

Adediran added that the miracle service was set up to win souls for Christ as well as liberate those in the bondage of darkness.

He stated, “MFM Warri Mega Regional Headquarters has been involved in different corporate social responsibilities towards indigent youths and women in various communities. The church is involved in destiny-changing programmes, which bring healing to individuals and the state at large.

“We have empowered women with cash gifts to boost their business, especially widows and indigent women, and we have also provided free skills acquisition with free starter packs. We also provided potable water to our host community.

“We have also given out free food items to the needy and the underprivileged as well as free medical outreaches by qualified health personnel. The church has also provided free medical outreaches to members of the public, including free hepatitis vaccination.

“We also engage the youth through sporting activities, ICT workshops and seminars, and enlightenment programmes to develop their skills, talent, and purpose in life.”

He described Olukoya as “a wonderful person with an amazing view and deep understanding of life, a special gift from God to our world.

“Every moment with Daddy Olukoya is fresh and offers a great opportunity to learn and receive special blessings. You have touched our lives and that is the truth. The number of souls hooked to your calling is humongous, I keep wondering what would have happened if he had not yielded.”

Several miracles were recorded across all regions visited. According to a statement by the church, “Testimonies flowed and outstanding miracles happened immediately after the deliverance prayers.  As the miracles occurred, there were shouts of clapping, joy, and happiness that reverberated across the crusade ground.

“There were instant healings of different ailments that had lasted for days, weeks, months, and even years. Some had visited hospitals and spent huge amounts of money, some had abandoned themselves to their fate, thinking hope was already lost.”
