Nigerian rising star, TeeFamous, has officially parted ways with Eko Onpoint Entertainment, the label that helped shape his transition from the film industry into the music scene.
Known first as a promising Nollywood actor before switching gears into music, TeeFamous has steadily carved his space in the Afrobeat landscape with tracks like “Ori Mi,” “Oluwa Ni,” and “Adura.”
These songs not only earned him a loyal fanbase but also showcased his ability to blend storytelling from his acting background with melody and rhythm that resonate on the streets and beyond.
Announcing his exit, TeeFamous said the move was a tough but necessary decision.
“After careful consideration, I and Eko Onpoint Entertainment have decided to part ways. I am no longer signed to the label. I want to sincerely thank the entire Eko Onpoint team for their dedication and contribution to my career. Their expertise has been invaluable on this journey.”
Industry watchers say his time with the label gave him a platform to evolve musically, but TeeFamous insists this is just the beginning.

“I’m ready for new opportunities and can’t wait to continue creating music for my fans. Thank you to everyone who has supported and continued to support me.”
The artist, who once graced TV screens as an actor before fully committing to music, has often spoken about how storytelling is central to his art.
That same ability to connect emotionally, whether through a role or a song, has been his strength.
Now, with this new chapter, TeeFamous appears poised to step further into the limelight on his own terms.
