STANBIC IBTC Insurance Limited, Cornerstone Insurance Plc and NEM Insurance Plc have won the 2024 Risk Analyst Insurance Brokers Limited Award for Outstanding Performance In Claims Settlement.
The award was presented to the underwriters on at an event in Lagos, which was attended by many top insurance dignitaries.
Sunday Oyeniyi, General Manager of Risk Analyst Insurance Brokers Limited, who presented the award to the winners, congratulated them, whilst noting that the three underwriters scored 100 percent in the assessment process.
He said: “Your commitment to ensuring timely and adequate claims settlements has not only built trust with our clients but has raised the bar for other underwriters”.
Oyeniyi admonished them not to rest on their oars, stressing that the company is expecting better performance from them in 2025.
In 2021, Risk Analyst Insurance Brokers Limited started a Quarterly Underwriters Performance Review Meeting, aimed at reviewing the claims settlement performance of the underwriters.
In 2023, the award recipients were NEM Insurance, Custodian and Allied Insurance and Stanbic IBTC Insurance.
